Program/Project Management Services
LSI personnel have the experience and skills to provide management program/project services for our clients in virtually any operational environment. Our management approach focuses on the importance of comprehensive, detailed, and knowledgeable planning. We ensure that we understand all of the program’s objectives, requirements and schedules, and we then apply the appropriate tools (e.g., Microsoft Project® ) to identify any gaps, conflicts, or inconsistencies. We then apply the appropriate resources and direction to ensure that these objectives, requirements and schedules are fully met. We recognize that any successful program or project will undergo issues and changes throughout its life cycle, so we monitor progress carefully, making sure to make the necessary adjustments in time as to ensure the project’s success.

Although LSI managers can and do apply various skills and tools to our management process, we believe that communication is the most effective tool that can be used – internal communications with our project team members and external communications with all the external stakeholders (e.g., customer and impacted organizations) associated with the project. These communications can be either formal or informal, but they are critical to ensuring the project’s success. LSI understands this basic management principle, and we have found that this focus on internal and external communications, when properly applied, has a very positive effect on the project’s outcome and our customers’ satisfaction.
