Awarded Contract by United States Transportation Security
Administration (TSA)

– Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI) announced that
it has been awarded a contract to provide inventory management
support services to the United States Transportation Security
Administration (TSA). Under this contract, LSI will operate
three separate warehouses for TSA with each facility storing
technology, equipment and systems. These warehouses, which
have a total area in excess of 400,000 square feet, will be
connected through a sophisticated communications and wireless
Web-enabled inventory management system designed and implemented
by LSI. The inventory management system will maintain real-time
inventory status information which can be managed from either
facility and accessed remotely 24x7 by TSA management personnel.
This multi-year contract marks LSI’s first contract
with TSA and with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
