
Lawrence
Wilkerson | President and CEO
Lawrence Wilkerson has led LSI since 2001 when he established
the company. Mr. Wilkerson is a retired Army Officer, with over
22-years experience in logistics support, planning, and business
process re-engineering. He also commanded the U.S. Support
Battalion in
Sinai,
Egypt, and served as Chief of the
National
Operations Center for the implementation of the Army Single
Stock Fund software enterprise integration systems. Mr.
Wilkerson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from
Alabama Agricultural and
Mechanical
University, and holds a graduate degree from the Florida
Institute of Technology in Logistics Management. He has also
completed numerous courses, including those at the Command and
General Staff College and the Logistics Executive Development
Course. Mr. Wilkerson is
ISO
9001-2000 certified.
Mr. Wilkerson currently serves on the Board of Directors of BB&T
Bank for the Tyson Corner Branch,
Vienna, Virginia.
William J. Breighner |
Board of Advisors
Bill has over 30-years experience in managing, directing, and
building business in the government marketplace. He had served
as a corporate officer for small and disadvantaged firms since
the mid-1980s. As president of Bowhead, Bill controlled the
management and operations of two government services companies.
Bill also manages and directs Bowhead’s operational personnel,
defines core technology niches, directs marketing resources,
establishes corporate budgets and goals, approves teaming
ventures, and advises Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation board on
overall company progress. In a previous position he also,
designed and implemented automated message and correspondence
management systems for the Department of Interior, Office of the
Executive Secretary, U.S. Space Command, and the U.S. Air Force
Office of Special Investigation. He served as a panel member of
the Navy Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division AEGIS combat
weapon system integration team responsible for the transition to
the CALS compliant paperless ship. Bill graduated from Johns
Hopkins University and earned graduated credits in network
computer systems at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Darold Hamlin | Chief Operating Officer
Darold Hamlin is LSI's COO, leading the technical team and the
company's operations since its inception in 2000. He has
15-years experience in information technology, organizational
development and management. He has served as a Chief
Information Officer for the City of Philadelphia and the
Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority. As a consultant,
Mr. Hamlin managed numerous business process/improvement
engagements and government productivity measurement studies. As
a military officer, he served as a Technology Program Manager in
the Army’s Human Resources Command (previously PERSCOM). Mr.
Hamlin is a graduate of Norfolk State University and holds
graduate degrees from
Embry
Riddle Aeronautical University and Fordham University.
Henry Jennings | Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Jennings has more than 30 years of business development and
organization leadership experience in the federal and commercial
professional services and high technology arenas. He is responsible for the
leadership of all aspects of LSI's business development
program, including capture management, proposal development, and
strategic partnering. Mr. Jennings is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate
of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he
received his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees. He served afloat in the
Navy and is a retired Naval Reserve Supply Corps officer.
Mary Cotton |
Director, Human Resources
Ms.
Cotton brings over 23-years experience in developing, directing,
and formulating plans and policies for human resource functions
and programs. She has developed personnel policies; benefits
and compensation packages; and managed the administrative staff
and operations for numerous sites/firm. As a military officer,
she served as a Personnel Program Manager for the United States
Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel. She also served as a
Research Analyst for a Quadrennial Review of Military
Compensation, Office of the Secretary of Defense. Ms. Cotton
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from
Alabama Agriculture and Mechanical University. She has
completed numerous administrative and management courses,
including those at the Command and General Staff College.
Dr. Janet Lockhart |
Vice President, Management Consulting
Dr.
Lockhart is Vice President of Management Consulting. She brings
over 25-years of leadership development, team facilitation,
six-sigma quality implementation, and project management
methodologies. Dr. Lockhart has managed a variety of projects
in both the governmental and private sectors in addition to
having vast international experience. Dr. Lockhart is a
graduate of San Francisco State University, and holds a
graduate degree from
Golden Gate
University and a Doctorate Degree from the
University
of San Francisco. She is a Project Management Institute (PMI)
Education Provider.
